3 Benefits of Running

In this quick video, I talked about some of the benefits of running.

Hi guys! Joel Kingsley here. I want to make a quick video about what I think are the benefits of running.

1. Weight Control

The first benefit of running is that it helps in weight control. So if you are a person who wants to control your weight, then you could definitely go for running. I’ve been running for almost a year right now and I do it every week, twice or thrice. And I have seen the benefits which are pretty good.

2. Builds the Immune System

So the second reason why running is beneficial is that running helps to strengthen your immune system. So if you go out for a run regularly, then scientists have proven that you have a 50% lesser risk of having a heart attack than a person who doesn’t go for a run regularly. That’s pretty cool, right? And also you get to have more stamina than a person who doesn’t go out for a run.

3. Can do it Anytime, Anywhere

The third reason why running is beneficial is that you could go out for a run at any time and anywhere. Also, it doesn’t require any types of equipment. Whereas when you’re going cycling or to the gym, you need to have access to a gym membership, or a cycle. In the case of running, all you need is a pair of shoes and you’re good to go.
